Refund & Return Policy

At Javaria Agency, we sell genuine branded cleaning and personal care products at below-MRP prices. If something goes wrong with your order, we are committed to making it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We will offer a replacement or refund if you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or leaking on arrival. The same applies if you receive the wrong item — meaning a different brand or product than what you ordered. If the product delivered has already expired at the time of delivery, or if the packaging appears tampered with or unsealed when it reaches you, you are fully eligible to raise a request.

In all eligible cases, we will either replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability and your preference.

What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered an incorrect quantity. Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Return pickups are not possible outside our Rajasthan delivery zone. Any request raised more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted, so please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

How to Raise a Request

When reaching out, please include your order number, your name, and a clear photo of the issue — either the damaged product or the wrong item received. Without these details, we may not be able to process your request.

Refund Timeline

Once your request is approved, replacements are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, the refund amount is either applied as credit toward your next order or transferred via UPI or bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days, whichever you prefer.
